I’m William Ott,
a Long Island-based physical therapist, running coach, and strength & conditioning specialist. As a dad, runner, and golfer, I understand how important it is to stay active—not just for performance, but for your physical and mental well-being.
My mission is simple: help athletes break free from the injury cycle and keep training consistently, no matter life’s demands. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or chasing a Boston Marathon qualification, I provide real, actionable strategies to keep you moving.
Too often, patients are told to just “rest and take medication.” But the game has changed. Staying active, training around injuries, and properly loading the body is the future of rehab. My goal is to earn your trust and be your guide—your North Star—through the rehab and performance process.
